DESCRIPTION:Capsize refresher sessions\nSat 21 Mar \n \n9 a.m. to 5 p.m.This 3 hour session is aimed at those who would like to know more about rescuing dinghies\, this is also a great course for those who would like refreshing on there safety boat skills. \nPlease note: this course does take place on the water. \nDuring the course we will recap\, boat positioning during capsize recover\, Man over boards and also the expanding box method used during club racing. \nThis is a Free course\, for members only.
