Membership Resignation
If you decide not to renew your membership, we kindly ask that you complete the form. Your feedback is very valuable to us and helps us improve our services.

Levy Card Credit
Any remaining credit on your levy card must be used no later than 31st October 2025.
After this date, any unused balance will expire and will not be available for refund or future use.
Berth Waiting List Payments
If you have made payments in relation to the Berth Waiting List, you must provide your bank account details to enable the return of any refundable amounts.

Boat and Dinghy Storage
If you currently store a boat or dinghy with the Club, you are required to remove it within 30 days of the date of resignation.

Failure to remove the vessel within this period may result in additional storage fees being charged.

Outstanding Payments
Membership resignation will only be confirmed once all financial obligations to the Club have been settled.
The Club must receive confirmation that you have no outstanding payments pending at the time of resignation.

Communication
Upon resignation, you will no longer receive any Club email communications, including notifications about events or updates.
