I Agree with the Terms & Conditions

I/We are fully paid up members of Poole Yacht Club.

My/Our boat is privately owned and will not be used for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

I/We will provide proof of ownership e.g., Bill of Sale as per Haven Bye-law 4(d).
My/Our boat is and will continue to be fully insured including THIRD PARTY LIABILITY of not less than 3,000,000 at all times.

I/We agree to abide by the rules set out for the Yacht Haven users and will make sure that my/our crew/guests or a member to whom I/we may lend my/our boat are fully aware of and abide by them and I/we accept full responsibility should at any time these rules be infringed by them.

I/We will inform the Manager of Poole Yacht Club if I/we sell my/our boat or a share in it or if any details of the craft’s description changes. I/We accept the berth allocation on the understanding there is limited access according to tides and the Club accepts no liability for any damage whatsoever.
