The facilities at The Poole Yacht Club are regarded as the most prestigious on the South Coast. The Club features a sheltered haven accommodating 378 yachts, a dinghy park with space for 250 dinghies, and a boat lift capable of hauling out vessels up to 25tons. Additionally, there is uninterrupted access to Poole Harbour, regardless of tidal conditions.

Winter Storage
Members can use the hard standing space during the winter for maintenance and repairs from October 1st to early March. Boats with a Poole Yacht Club Berth or Mooring get 2 weeks free storage if they come out and go back in the water before Christmas.
Haul-out & Relaunch
Our hoist has a maximum capacity of 25 tonnes, inclusive of fuel and water. Owners of fin keel boats are required to provide a suitable cradle for their vessel.
During haul-out, we provide a high-pressure cleaning service, utilizing powerful water jets to remove slime from the hull. This service can also be scheduled at other times by coordinating with our yard staff.
If you are unable to be present during your boat’s haul-out, we provide a towing service for an additional fee.
For winter storage, Long Stay Hard Standing is available for a period ranging from 20 to 22 weeks.
Haul-out applications open on September 1st, and our haul-out program is reviewed annually.
