Defibrillator and Fire Procedure
🩺 Defibrillator Location
📍 Location: Ground Floor corridor, between the Ladies’ and Gents’ showers/changing rooms.

☎️ In Case of Emergency:
1. Call 999 immediately.
2. Location Reference:
- Using What3Words: chip.scenes.idea
- Or state: Poole Yacht Club
3. Access for Emergency Services:
- Get a staff member or club member to open the gate.
- Press the black button between the two gates to open.
4. Retrieve the Defibrillator:
- If instructed by emergency services, grab the defib.
- Follow the defibrillator’s spoken and visual instructions.
5. Remain Calm:
- Help will be on its way.
🔥 In the Event of Fire or Evacuation:
Fire Assembly Point:
🚩 Dinghy park car park, directly opposite the building’s main entrance.
Evacuation Procedure:
- 📞 Staff members will call emergency services.
- 🧑🤝🧑 Staff will lead the evacuation.
- 🚫 Do not use the lift under any circumstances.
- 🏃 Proceed calmly and quickly to the Fire Assembly Point.
- 🧘 Stay calm and await further instructions.

- Follow Staff Instructions
- Proceed to Assembly Point if Evacuated
