Attendance & Voting

All members are welcome to attend.
Only Full Members may vote, Youth 18+ on date of the AGM
Please bring your membership card.
Members paying by Direct Debit may vote, provided payments are up to date.

Voting Rules

Voting by email or post is only permitted for Flag Officer, Officer, and General Committee elections.

Proxy voting is not permitted. Members are encouraged to attend and participate in discussions.

Propositions

Members may submit propositions for members to vote on at the AGM.

Propositions may relate to any aspect of the Club, including Rules and Bye-laws.

The General Committee or any member may propose amendments.
