Rules & Conditions

I understand and agree with the rules and conditions:
1 -Tender Rack Space will only be available to owners who make application on this form each year.
2- Tender Rack Space may not be occupied without a valid receipt for charges and Harbour Dues if applicable, which must be paid for Upon Application for Space.
3- All boats must be clearly marked with owners name or boat name and a current yard sticker must be visible at all times.
4- Trailers and all other ancillary equipment must be removed from the yard after use.
