A fragrant, slow-simmered North African Tagine made with tomatoes, onions, chickpeas, seasonal vegetables and warm spices including cumin, coriander, ginger, and cinnamon. Rich, aromatic and comforting – served as the foundation of your dish.

Chicken Skewer marinated in garlic, lemon & Moroccan spices. Skewered and char-kissed for a smoky finish.
Lamb Kofta spiced ground lamb, seasoned with cumin, paprika, parsley and onion, then grilled for a bold savoury flavour.
